Overview:

Finacle is a banking software developed by Infosys. We were focused on the customer self help portal - Finacle Support Center and Finacle Knowledge Center.

Problem:

Finacle Support Center is a self help portal. But there were less visits by the customer and they ended by raising direct tickets to solve their issues.

Outcome:

The new redesigned site achieved a 35% increase in customer visit, enhancing user experience and making it easier to find solutions and leading to lesser tickets.

My contributions:

  • Led the complete UX and visual redesign of the internal product website, enhancing usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

  • Established a comprehensive design system with reusable UI components, typography, and interaction patterns.

  • Defined the information architecture and sitemap, streamlining content hierarchy for intuitive navigation.

  • Conducted UX research, including user interviews, A/B testing, and usability studies, to inform and validate design decisions.

  • Translated research insights into actionable design strategies that improved user engagement and task efficiency.

  • Designed high-fidelity prototypes and interactive components, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers during handoff.

  • Partnered with content and development teams to maintain workflow efficiency and alignment from concept to delivery.

  • Produced visual assets such as posters, mailers, promotional videos, and short films for internal communication and campaigns.

  • Created motion design and micro-interactions that enhanced brand storytelling and user delight.

  • Documented UX processes, component libraries, and design guidelines for scalability and future team onboarding.

At Infosys, I worked beyond the role of a UX designer, wearing multiple creative hats as a visual, graphic, and motion designer. My work spanned designing posters, banners, mailers, promotional videos, and short films, each crafted to align with brand identity and communication goals. This multidisciplinary approach allowed me to blend storytelling with design, ensuring every visual output delivered both clarity and impact.

I also collaborated closely with developers and content teams, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow throughout projects. By bridging creative and technical disciplines, I ensured that design intent translated seamlessly into final deliverables. This experience strengthened my ability to manage cross-functional communication, adapt to varied project requirements, and uphold design consistency across multiple mediums.
